2. How do I find the magazine I want?
There are many options; you can search by alphabetical category, price, region,or you can type a keyword into the search box found on every page.
3. I am ready to place my order, what now?
When you're ready to order a magazine subscription, click the 
Add to Shopping Cart button on the right side of the product detail page. Use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep browsing until your cart contains all the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page of our Web site. When you're finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. Provide all of the necessary payment and shipping information, and submit your order by clicking the "Place your order" button. Once you submit your magazine subscription order we will provide your name, order, billing address, and shipping information to the appropriate subscription services provider. The provider for each magazine will be listed on the relevant order summary in Your Account.
4. How can I get multiple issues of the same magazine to one adress?

5. Renewal Orders
Approximately two months before your magazine subscription expires, we'll give you a heads-up via e-mail that it is time to renew with a renewal link, or, you can renew any subscriptions by logging into your account page and clicking renew next to any active subscription in your list.
Renew today at our everyday low prices and keep the subscriptions you love coming to you. We will pass your renewal along to the magazine's publisher to ensure that you keep receiving your subscription.
6. Sales Tax
There is no tax for any magazine order shipped within the US.
7. Shipping
Currently we only accept orders being delivered within the US.There is no charge for shipping and handling.
8. Order Fulfillment, Estimated Time of Arrival and Irregular Publishing Cycles
Once you've placed an order, it takes 1 to 2 weeks for your subscription to be received and scheduled by the publisher. Your subscription is then added to the publisher's next production cycle and shipped via standard mail. For example, if your monthly subscription was ordered and received by the publisher in November, and the December issue has already shipped, your order may be added to the January mailing. The number of times the magazine publishes each year will determine when your first issue arrives. For example, the first issue of a weekly magazine should arrive within 4 to 6 weeks of your order. The first issue of a monthly magazine should arrive within 6 to 10 weeks. If you have not received your subscription within the expected time frame, please contact customer service. Rest assured, your subscription starts when you receive your first unit--not when you place your order. If you subscribed for 12 issues, you will receive all 12. Some magazines are not published according to a regular schedule, nor can their publishers always promise in advance when the next issue will be available. Rest assured that if you place an order for such a magazine, you will receive new issues as soon as they are available.
9. Cancellations
It's very important to us that you're happy with your magazine subscription purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact magazine customer service, and we'll issue you a refund on your unserved issues. If you have missed an issue or have other questions about a magazine subscription that you've ordered, please contact magazine customer service.
10. What is ISSN?
Like an ISBN, an International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) is an eight-digit number that identifies serial publications (magazines, newspapers, newsletters, etc.) as such. An ISSN uniquely identifies a title regardless of the language or country in which it is published.
